Martin Mair
TTOpCo General Manager
Martin joined TTOpCo as General Manager in June 2023 as holds a BBA and various post graduate qualifications including a P.G. Dip in International Business Management from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. Martin has in excess of 30 years oil and gas industry experience having held previous executive positions such as VP Operations, Operations Director, Asset Manager and Operations Manager with various oil and gas Majors across diverse global locations. Martin has demonstrable, proven success in driving business performance improvement. In addition to leadership experience Martin brings a range of technical skillsets including major CapEx green-field project delivery in conjunction with brown-field asset and operational management.
Elizabeth Woodhouse
General Services Manager
Elizabeth joined TTOPCO in February 2023 as Procurement, Contracts and Logistics Manager and holds a P.G. Dip in International Energy, Oil and Gas Law. Elizabeth was promoted into the role of General Services Manager effective of 01 January 2024. Elizabeth has 26 years’ experience working for various International and National Oil Companies predominantly in Supply Chain and Commercial roles. In her role as General Services Manager Elizabeth has responsibility for Contract Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Social Responsibility & Camp services. Elizabeth has extensive experience working in multi-cultural teams with green-field and brown-field experience and has proven success delivering cost savings and driving efficiencies throughout organizations.
Hakan Keskin
Operations Manager
Hakan has over 22 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with extensive technical & managerial skills-sets developed in both green-field development & brown-field operations. Hakan joined TTOpCo in 2008 and subsequently developed his career into the TTOpCo Operations Manager role. Prior to join TTOpCo, Hakan was leading the Production Department of SELMO Petroleum, where he was responsible for all Operations & Maintenance in addition to the reservoir and well management departments. Hakan holds both BSc and MSc degrees in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from the Middle East Technical University.
Chya Jamal Omar
HSE Manager
Chya joined TTOpCo in April 2012 and holds a BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering from Koya University. Chya successfully attained promotion through the TTOpCo HS&E organization through his proven skill-sets and leadership qualities. Chya has over 12 years’ experience in the regional oil and gas industry and is responsible for all Health, Safety & Environmental matters at TTOpCo. Chya brings significant experience working with multi-cultural teams across the KRG and additionally provides effective oversight of all TTOpCo training and competence assurance requirements.
Hawkar Khdr Hamza
Special Advisor to GM and Deputy Branch Manager
Hawkar Khdr Hamza joined TTOPCO in 2012 as Erbil Office Manager and is now Special Advisor to the General Manager and Deputy Branch Manager Erbil. Hawkar provides professional advice and guidance to the TTOpCo Executive Team on all Governmental matters in addition to providing close liaison with respective Ministries while managing all Governmental correspondences. Prior to joining TTOPCO Hawkar worked for the KRG Government before gaining private oil and gas industry experience working for the Korean National Oil Company (KNOC).
